      尺寸目标:收敛到总体尺寸边界。

      ScECAL: 可以调整冷却方案、Cu-W比例进一步控制尺寸,保持总厚度缩小到300mm以内可以达到

          Action item: ECAL根据多边形边数确定内外圆半径,确认总体可保持在300mm同心圆内。

      晶体ECAL:两个方案都在300mm以内

      HCAL:探测器厚度<1311 mm,16边形外半径R~3580 mm. 

      端盖:暂时与barrel保持一致,可以稍减薄,需要进一步计算。

      端盖与桶部之间的缝隙:需要考虑电子学和桶部支撑。HCAL端盖需要考虑为MDI提供支撑结构。 

      端盖内径:目前与CDR保持一致,ECAL R=350 mm (cos(theta)~0.993),HCAL R=400 mm.

       

      ECAL机械结构强度计算(Shaojing)

      32边形机械变形2.2cm,需要在中间加一圈固定,加后变形4mm可接受。

      Stereo ECAL外侧全部加碳纤维机械结构,添加后变形7mm,可以接受。

      散热:电子学发热20W有点高,可到12W,修改后温度梯度估计约6~7度。
