MOST2 chip design meeting

  We had a discussion on flex cables. Some issues have to be further understood and calculated:

  1. We need to know the percentage on much can be saved for material budget by using chip-to-chip connection, compared with the normal way.

  2. The general design for the common buses, like the shared or non-shared power buses, or biasing buses, had to be further made clear.

  3. The routing material should be considered by using Aluminum rather than copper to save the material.
