MOST2 chip design meeting

1. We discussed the tasks to prepare for the project Mid-term review. All designers should prepare some paragraphs with necessary pictures to summarize their design efforts from the project beginning to the TaichuPix2's submission. All documents should be collected before this Friday. Wei Wei will integrate all the materials into a scientific report for the chip. Other materials like the schedule, and task status report will be prepared by Wei Wei.

  2. Li Long reported some TCAD simulation results for the sensor study. It showed that the sensor can survive after 1Mrad, without big change of the leakage current, while the capacitance will suffer more. The simulation was done with the standard TJ process, so the collection time is relatively slow. It is suggested that the conclusion should be emphasized to meet the assessment of the task book.
