1. Discussion of Detector and physics documents
Every sub-groups should make sure the documents updated to now. We plan to get documents ready and submit to committee by Jan 15, so please firstly give Joao a version before Dec 31th.
The new version should update contents related to latest progress, new funding supports and new manpower etc.
2. Study of TPC at the lower gain for Z run
P5: check the numbers to make sure we didn’t underestimate the difference between CEPC and FCC.
3. Physics and Detector Webpages/Twikis
Gang introduced current CEPC webpages or twikis people are using. Because different sub-groups used different resources, it's difficult for people to easily get useful information from various paths. We discussed the advantage/disadvantage of these webpages. Finally we decided to choose one as a front page which includes all the links to other resources. We will have another meeting pointing to how to organize this front page.
