A brief review on the status of low energy supersymmetry

ABSTRACT: This talk is a brief review on low energy supersymmetry (SUSY) in light of current experimental constraints including the LHC searches, the dark matter and muon g-2 measurements. Various low energy SUSY models are surveyed: (i) The phenomenological minimal SUSY model (MSSM); (ii) The extensions of the MSSM, especially the next-to-minimal SUSY model (NMSSM); (iii) The models with cut-off-scale boundary conditions, i.e., the minimal supergravity (mSUGRA) or the constrained MSSM (CMSSM), the gauge mediation of SUSY breaking (GMSB), and the anomaly mediation of SUSY breaking (AMSB), as well as their extentions. The conclusion is that low energy SUSY can still survive all current experimental constraints, albeit the fancy models like mSUGRA, GMSB and AMSB need to be extended in order to accommodate the 125 GeV Higgs boson and the muon g-2 anomaly.
