This talk is devoted to understanding arguably the simplest 4D N=2 superconformal field theory, the minimal Argyres-Douglas (MAD) theory. Combining various techniques including SCFT/VOA correspondence, N=1 Lagrangian theory, and superconformal representation, we try to map out the protected spectrum of the short multiplets in MAD theory, and argue that they are as minimal as possible allowed by unitarity. We also show the close connection between MAD theory and super-Maxwell theory.
