Description

本次报告基于第四代同步辐射光源HEPS的相干光束线衍射成像重建算法，介绍正在进行分布式高性能计算研究，包含多节点多GPU卡的共轭梯度迭代重建算法ePIE、DM及AI算法重建工作。当前编写的多节点多卡软件Hepsptycho即将开源，其中ePIE算法已成功移植到国产加速卡DCU上。报告还将介绍Hepsptycho软件编写的进展、调优、AI算法的引入及移植DCU过程的经验。
