Abstract: The CMS BRIL project oversees several detector systems that measure luminosity, beam conditions, and radiation products generated by the LHC at the CMS detector. In this talk, I will introduce the BRIL project's online and offline core software and discuss the upgrade schedule for the BRIL core software.
About the Speaker: Zhen Xie, Researcher at Princeton University, USA. She has worked for CMS experiment more than 20 years. Since 2013, She has served as the software lead for the CMS BRIL project. She received the Achievement Awards 2015 for building and maintaining the brildaq system that has revolutionized the process of acquisition for non-event data.
