纪要:讨论了无冷屏结构的漏热和机械结构

        无冷屏的结构,

1,机械结构:无冷屏结构下,150mm厚度,理想情况下可以勉强实现,没有考虑加工误差,组装误差,挠度等因素;

2,冷却结构:无冷屏的结构理论计算的热辐射(15mm厚度20层)大约为500瓦,CEPC低温站冷量很大,可以把这部分热量考虑进去,增加的成本和负担不是很大。漏热的理论计算和实际漏热量有很大的不确定性,需要实验验证;

3,碳纤维拉杆的加工和测试,径向拉杆和轴向拉杆各加工一到两根,测量热导率、热收缩、拉伸强度。咨询徐妙富厂家;

4,考虑布局等尺寸缩小的模型进行漏热验证实验,验证(1)15mm空间多层绝热层数,热辐射量;(2)线圈温度分布;(3)线圈拉杆。
