Abstract: Monte-Carlo event generators have been widely used in high energy physics by experimentalists and theorists. Parton Shower is the key component of them. In this talk I will discuss the NLO QCD corrections to antenna shower. The formalism allows to combine NLO corrected as iterated 2 → 3 kernels for “ordered” gluon emissions with tree-level 2 → 4 kernels for “unordered” ones. Within this framework, we proposed a new technique for the fully-differential matching of final-state parton showers to NNLO calculations, focussing here on the simplest case of leptonic collisions with two final-state jets.
个人简介:李海涛,山东大学物理学院教授,2015年在北京大学获得博士学位,博士毕业后先后在澳大利亚莫纳什大学,美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室和美国西北大学从事博士后研究工作,2021年11月入职山东大学,主要研究方向为微扰量子色动力学和对撞机唯象学,包括对基本粒子在对撞机上产生截面的精确理论预言,蒙特卡洛事例生成器的相关研究等。
