The LHAASO collaboration is commencing its new cycle call for proposals on 10 Apr 2024. Proposals are an important part of ensuring the orderly conduct of the scientific research work of our cooperation group. We are delighted to invite scientists to apply and participate in wide scientific projects by exploring LHAASO data.
Here are the guidelines for submitting your proposal:
1. Steps for submitting:
Step 1: Register via https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/22201/
Step 2: Download the released template (main.tex) from the website
Step 3: click "Submit a new abstract", fill the blanks and choose the contribution type: new or existing/old, then upload your proposal draft （.pdf）simultaneously
2. Please select the most related field (track) when you submit the proposal.
3. All proposals should use the released template (main.tex), which can be downloaded from the website. Please note that only documents in "pdf" format are acceptable, and providing the convenor's email is mandator.
4. Each project has only one convenor (defaulted as the first proposer), but can have several participants. One convenor can have up to two proposals.
5. Any papers that have been submitted to PCC before 31 May 2024 are no need to be resubmitted as a new proposal.
6. Existing or old proposals that have not yet been completed of the paper are requested to be resubmitted at this time, and please select the option "existing/old" when you are doing the "submit a new abstract" step.
7.The deadline for the proposal collecting is 31 May 2024.
