摘要: B meson decays provide an ideal laboratory to study the quark flavour structure and search for new effects beyond the Standard Model. This talk will present some fresh ideas to study B meson decays, which aim to extend the LHCb program on new physics searches in the Upgrade era. These include: pioneering measurement of CP violation in b→sl+l-decays, new method to measure CP violation in b→dγdecays, tests of quantum decoherence in Bq0 mixing, and prospect to measure CP violation in b→ccd decays.

报告人: 谢跃红,华中师范大学教授,国家重点研发计划“大科学装置前沿研究”专项项目负责人,“夸克与轻子物理”教育部重点实验室副主任,LHCbBESIII国际合作成员。1998年在中国科学院高能物理研究所获博士学位。曾在意大利核物理研究所Frascati国家实验室、欧洲核子研究中心、英国爱丁堡大学从事研究。长期从事粒子物理实验,主要研究重味强子的CP破坏、稀有衰变以及谱学,是LHCb实验上Bs0介子系统CP破坏研究的主要推动者之一。代表性成果包括:解决了Bs0-Bs0混合相位角ϕs测量中长期存在的双重解难题并取得了ϕs相位角的世界最精确测量结果;首次测量了Bs0→ϕϕ衰变的CP破坏;提出了Bs0→ϕγ过程光子极化的测量方法;首次测量了双粲重子Ξcc++的寿命;开发了sFit统计分析方法,在LHCb实验数据分析中被广泛采用。
