Migdal效应对暗物质探测、中微子物理有着重要意义。它能够放大暗物质候选粒子WIMP与原子核相互作用时产生的信号，降低WIMP的探测难度。为进一步推动对于Migdal效应的理论和实验相关研究，我们特此于2024年5月17日-5月19日发起召开Migdal研讨会。希望通过此次会议，研讨Migdal效应的理论研究和实际测量中遇到的问题和相应的解决办法，促进对Migdal效应及其物理意义的理解，商讨可行的Migdal实验测量方案。
