Poster Instruction

Poster presenters, please note the following.

1. All posters should fit the A0 portrait format, i.e. 84.1 cm * 118.9 cm.
2. To avoid the hassle of carrying the poster with you, the organizers will print all posters locally, with cost covered.
3. Please submit your files here: https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/25300/sessions/16727/#20251107 by Nov 3, 2025
4. The posters will be displayed during the whole workshop. The designated questions and answer time is the evening of Nov 7.
5. A committee comprising SPC members, session conveners and local organizers will choose the outstanding posters.
