      ECAL:

      Jianchun: I think we agreed on the SiPM since your part is the first one that associated with the SiPM. So you should say more on it.

      Jianchun: about physical alignment, not in timing or the energy collaboration. What kind of physical special alignment position you would need, or maybe it's just totally rely on event data that's sufficient. If it does, you can include some procedure or at least initial idea on how we can do this calibration or alignment.

       

      HCAL:

      Jianchun: for the cost, you definitely need to choose one as a baseline based on the knowledge you have.

      Jianchun: for resolution BMR: Where the BMR Result of the ECAL+HCAL+MUON should be shown?

      Jianchun/Joao: So the agreement is that for if the became global performance, the performance chapter will cover, but all the subject, if they need to, especially comparing different solutions and so on, they can have redundant information in their own chapter, but focus on the comparison of a solution within its own self detector, not others of detector.

       

      Electronics:

      Joao: need to clarify the manpower, and how many more institute you will envisage to join us. It will prepare not necessarily appear in the reference tdr, but if you do have one as a backup slide when during the view, this will be quite useful.

      Wei: the detector high voltage capacitor, it is maybe better to be considered by the sub detector system

       

      TDAQ:

      Xinchou: compare the results with BELLE, CMS or other experiment, with the material that you can show to the committee as some sort of comparison just to demonstrate the estimate are not far off.

      Jianchun: if we need to change it into conventional trigger, how it can be processed and so on, how we get to how to use the information from the trigger, the sub detectors that are check this result and that information use back to the trigger.  These maybe it should prepare more slides to explain the idea and how it can be realized

      Jianchun: For the gamma commission. So who is providing information to you?

             Fei: discussed with people

      Weidong: add one section to describe the interface between the offline software and online software.
