TPC:

Jianchun: water cooling is the baseline

Jianchun: Let's agree on this that all the unit will be thousand or million.

Jianchun: IDRC review will be 3 full days, so on your presentation, be careful that you bring all the information, some that can be arranged in the backup.

Yifang: Jianchun and Joao should come up with a guideline for TDR editing and ppt preparation, including the answer to last review comments

Muon:

Jianchun: TDR for the muon detector. This is still a little some distance from really presentable to the committee. So definitely the young team need to work hard and guess is ready by the end of the month.

MDI:

Manqi: some typos in P21.

Mechanics:

Yifang: suggests to describe installation steps by text in slides

Yifang: should introduce the installation of cables and cooling pipes

Xinchou:should clearly introduce how to control the stability during installation

 

Common computing - Xiaowei Jiang

Xinchou: prepare the answer that what kind of assumptions you're making in designing this system, what are the functionalities you are assuming you'll be providing so that you produce accordingly a budget.

       Weidong: agree, only focus on the facility computing

       Jianchun: make comparison with other experiment

Yifang: This is the CEPC common infrastructure that we have to provide to users to experiments, not for detector TDR. Weidong need to provide another cost estimate for detector computing resource. But it has common assumption way as the one shown here.

AOB:

Yifang: 7-10 days to get a revised version of TDR, so that we can send out it to IDRC committee by end of the month.

Jianchun: Next week we will have review other than the software part. From starting from next week, I also want to hear report from our responsible editors on their feelings.
