Description

The LHCb experiment has significantly advanced heavy-flavor physics and QCD studies through analyses of its Run 1 and Run 2 data, which include 9 fb⁻¹ of proton-proton collision data and extensive heavy-ion collision datasets. Since 2022, the experiment has entered its third data-taking phase (Run 3). By 2024, LHCb had already accumulated data surpassing the total from its first two runs and is projected to collect 50 fb⁻¹ of proton-proton collision data by 2031. To further enhance sensitivity to new physics, LHCb is planning a second-phase detector upgrade, aiming for a cumulative dataset of 300 fb⁻¹.

‌The workshop does not charge registration fees; Meals and accommodations are included for the conference.

This workshop will:

  • Discuss recent advances‌ in experimental and theoretical studies of LHCb physics;
  • Strengthen collaboration‌ between theorists and experimentalists;
  • Explore frontier topics‌ leveraging existing and future LHCb datasets;
  • Identify key research priorities‌ to guide future investigations into heavy-flavour dynamics, CP violation, and beyond-Standard-Model phenomena
