The Second LHAASO Collaboration Conference in 2025 will be held from Oct 21st to 26th at the Cosmic Ray Research Center in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.
On Oct 21st, there will be on-site registration, and the conference will take place from Oct 22nd to 26th.

Only members of the LHAASO Collaboration and their current students or postdoctors are eligible to attend. Please register on the conference website. Resonable registration fee will be required.
Deadline for the registration and abstract submission is Oct 9th, 2025. After the deadline, no further submissions of reports will be accepted; applicants may request to present their work as a poster instead. And after the deadline, your rooms booked by the LOC may be charged for cancellation.
This conference will feature invited talks, oral presentations, and poster presentations in English. Authors of oral presentations and posters are required to submit their abstracts for review. There will be a dedicated session for poster presenters to introduce their work during the plenary session as flash talks around few minutes for each."Best Poster Award" is set up, and the posters submitted for the award must meet the printing requirements: 60cm(Width )* 120cm(length); and psoters will be printed by LOC if the digital versions are offered to LOC on the onsite registraion date Oct 21st. One poster can only be offerd one version with the format: 60cm(Width )* 120cm(length) . 会务组将于报到日即10月21日当天现场统一收集海报电子版，统一打印。电子版仅收集一版（不接受替换和修改），且要求格式为竖版60cm*120cm。
