Description
We study multi-hadron states on finite-volume lattices using a systematic spectral reconstruction framework. By applying the Bayesian Reconstruction method to address the inverse problems, we successfully extract the R-ratio and the leading-order hadronic vacuum polarization (HVP) contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment $a_{\mu}^{\rm{LO-HVP}}$ from high-precision current-current correlation functions obtained from lattice QCD. This study demonstrates the feasibility of the approach, and yields new insights into lattice finite-volume corrections and real-time dynamics.
