Description
The CEPC experiment is aimed at high precision measurements, which opens a possibility to find deviations from the Standard Model predictions and indications of new physics. The proposed CEPC detectors incorporate many technological achievements accompanied by advanced reconstruction tools. In this talk, further enhancements of Higgs boson studies with recoil mass technique are described. The correction for lepton final state radiation is demonstrated to improve Z boson mass resolution in its decays to electrons or muons. The improvement of Higgs mass distribution can be also achieved by the correction of recoil mass to the mu+mu- system in the process e+e- -> H Z(mu+mu-) for the energetic ISR photon reconstructed in the ECAL. A novel approach is discussed to boson mass reconstruction in the four-jet final states, which improves both width and shape of the Higgs boson mass distribution. In addition, the results are shown of the dedicated machine learning implementations for background rejection in dijet and four-jet final states analyses of higgsstrahlung process at sqrt(s) = 240 GeV.
