The CEPC2026 is co-hosted by Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics and IHEP. If you are wondering whether an entrance visa is needed, please follow the Link , to see if a visa-free policy applies. If not, please fill in the registration form there. An invitation letter will be prepared accordingly.
Note that hotel rooms are reserved at the Sheraton Shanghai Jiading Hotel (上海嘉定喜来登酒店) and Shanghai Yuuny Hotel (上海信业悦你酒店). Your hotel reservation is done through the local organizers, with the information you provide. All payments will be collected ON-SITE.
The registration fee will also be paid on-site.
- 2400 CNY/person for staff and postdocs
- 1200 CNY/person for students
- Free for online participants
