DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Choong Sun Kim\n摘要：I will discuss so-called "
practical Dirac-Majorana Confusion Theorem (pDMCT)"\, and how to overcome
pDMCT.  Then\, I will compare 2 neutrino double beta decay with neutrin
oless double beta decay to find out if the sub-eV active neutrino is Dira
c or Majorana.\n\n个人简介：Choong Sun Kim (C.S. Kim) is Emeritus Pro
fressor at Yonsei University\, Seoul Korea\, and University Distinguished
Professor at DongShin University\, Naju Korea and a Research Professor a
t Center for Precision Neutrino Research\, ChonNam National University\, K
wangju Korea. He received his Ph.D. from University of Wisconsin - Madiso
n in 1988 under Professor Francis Halzen who is now Principal Investigato
r of IceCube\, South Pole Neutrino Experiment. He subsequently completed
post-docs at University of Durham\, England and University of Dortmund\,
Germany before assuming faculty appointment at Yonsei University in year 1
 992. His theoretical research lies at cotributions to studies of CP viola
tion of heavy flavors within and beyond the  Standard Model of particle p
hysics\, and especially on the fundamental property of sub-eV active neut
rino - whether it is Dirac or Majorana particle. His recent research for
"LHC Data Might Reveal Nature of Neutrinos" (Phys.Rev.D92\,093009) has be
en selected as Spotlighting Exceptional Research by American Physical Soci
ety News. He received "The Best Paper Award for Highlight-of-2017" from C
hinese Physics Journal C. He also received National Decoration for Scient
ific Achievements from Republic of Korea in year 2018.\n\n \nhttps://indi
