DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Second LHAASO Collaboration Conference in 2026 will
  be held from Oct 21st to 25th at the Cosmic Ray Research Center in Tian
 fu New Area\, Chengdu\, Sichuan Province\, China.\n\nOn Oct 21st\, there w
 ill be on-site registration\, and the conference will take place from Oct
  22nd to 25th. \n\nFor foreign colleagues who need to attend the meetin
 g in person and require visa assistance\, please contact Shuye Liao at lia
 osy@ihep.ac.cn.\n\nOnly members of the LHAASO Collaboration and their curr
 ent students or postdoctors are eligible to attend. Please register on th
 e conference website. Resonable registration fee will be required. \n\nDe
 adline for the registration and abstract submission is Oct 9th\, 2026. A
 fter the deadline\, no further submissions of reports will be accepted\; a
 pplicants may request to present their work as a poster instead. And after
  the deadline\, your rooms booked by the LOC may be charged for cancellat
 ion.\n\nThis conference will feature invited talks\, oral presentations\, 
 and poster presentations in English. Authors of oral presentations and pos
 ters are required to submit their abstracts for review. There will be a de
 dicated session for poster presenters to introduce their work during the p
 lenary session as flash talks around few minutes for each."Best Poster Awa
 rd" is set up\, and the posters submitted for the award must meet the prin
 ting requirements: 60cm(Width )* 120cm(length)\; and psoters will be print
 ed by LOC if the digital versions are offered to LOC on the onsite regist
 raion date Oct 21st. One poster can only be offerd one version with  the
  format: 60cm(Width )* 120cm(length) . 会务组将于报到日即10月21
 日当天现场统一收集海报电子版，统一打印。电子版仅
 收集一版（不接受替换和修改），且要求格式为竖版60cm*
 120cm。\n\nThe Academic Symposium for the 10th Anniversary of the Coopera
 tive Research Group will be held on October 26. We look forward to your p
 articipation! The symposium will not not restricted to LHAASO members. Me
 mbers of the LHAASO Collaboration register independently via this website.
