It aims to provide graduate students in particle physics in Chin a with a platform for in-depth study of cutting-edge theories and experime ntal techniques. Through systematic courses and a series of training sessi ons\, participants will learn key techniques and data analysis methods use d in particle physics experiments\, further deepen their understanding of fundamental particle physics\, strengthen their research foundations\, and improve their research capabilities. The core contents of the Winter Scho ol include the theoretical foundations of particle physics\; the Belle II detector\; statistical methods\; general data analysis tools used in the B elle II experiment and techniques related to spectroscopy studies\; Belle II physics analysis\, with selected highlight results and representative e xamples used to introduce data analysis methods\; Belle II operation and s hift training\; and hands-on exercises and presentation competitions\, in which participants work on group projects using simulated and real data. 本冬季学校已成功举办五届：2018年复旦大学举办首届，2 019年中国科学技术大学举办第二届，2021年河南师范大学 举办第三届（主题：软件和数据分析），2024年南开大学 举办第四届（主题：陶轻子和B介子物理），2025年在湖南 师范大学举办第五届（主题：探测器和CP破坏）。本届冬 季学校为第六届，由东南大学承办。The Belle II Winter School has been successfully held five times. The first Winter School was hosted by Fudan University in 2018\, followed by the second at the University of Science and Technology of China in 2019. The third was held at Henan Norm al University in 2021\, with a focus on software and data analysis. The fo urth took place at Nankai University in 2024\, focusing on tau lepton and B-meson physics. The fifth was held at Hunan Normal University in 2025\, w ith a focus on detectors and CP violation. The pro gram includes three introductory theory lectures designed to provide parti cipants with the necessary physics background.On experimental techniques\, the courses cover detector principles and their connections to physics an alyses\, the current status and near-term plans of Belle II operation\, ha nds-on training with the BASF2 software framework\, introductions to real data and Monte Carlo samples\, event generators\, and the use of the GRID computing platform.For data analysis methods\, the program provides system atic training in the fundamentals of statistics\, scattering cross section s and initial-state-radiation corrections\, treatment of systematic uncert ainties\, as well as the use of ROOT\, RooFit\, MVA\, and amplitude analys is tools.Several half-day group hands-on and discussion sessions are also included.
