Description
HEPS is a new generation sychrotron light source in design in China.Its energy will be 5GeV and emittance will be 0.5~0.1nmrad.The alignment tolerance for the magnets in each girder is 30 micron. To achieve the goal we will apply the vibrating wire alignment system to align the magnets in each girder.
