PHIPSI15 "10th International Workshop on e+e- collisions from Phi to Psi" University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China 23 - 26 September 2015 SECOND BULLETIN 1. Place and Date. The 10th International Workshop on e+e- collisions from phi to psi (PHIPSI15), will be held at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, from Wednesday, September 23rd to Saturday, September 26th, 2015. This is the 10th workshop in a series, which started in Karlsruhe in 1996 and continued in Novosibirsk (1999), SLAC (2001), Pisa (2003), Novosibirsk (2006), Frascati (2008), Beijing (2009), Novosibirsk (2011) and Rome (2013), carrying now the name "From Phi to Psi" first used at the Novosibirsk workshop in 1999. The goal of the Workshop is to discuss in detail the state of the art of various problems in hadronic physics at e+e- colliders from low to high energy and the potential of existing and future facilities. Proceedings The Proceedings of the Workshop will be published in paper, by the Journal of University of Science and Technology of China. All contributing authors will be asked to prepare a paper to be included in the proceedings and submit it within the deadline reported below. Instructions for manuscripts submission will be posted on the Workshop Web page. 7. Workshop fee The Workshop fee is 2500 Yuan. This includes a conference-kit, foods, social events, coffee breaks, a copy of the proceedings, etc. The workshop fee can be paid at the registration desk in the Workshop. All registration fee must be in Chinese RMB only. Please note that the credit card payment cannot be accepted. The registration fee for each accompanying person is 800 Yuan. Satelite meeting A Satellite Meeting will be held on Sunday, Sep. 27, 2015, by the "Radio MonteCarLOW" Working Group. The aim of this Working Group is to bring together theorists and experimentalists in order to discuss the current status of radiative corrections and Monte Carlo generators at low energies.
