Description
A set of measurements of Vector Boson Scattering, Exclusive WW and Tri-boson production processes by the ATLAS experiment are presetned. These measurements provide stringent tests of the Standard Model theory and probe the potential effects of new physics beyond.
In the SM, the gauge bosons interact among themselves since the Electroweak gauge group is non-Abelian. To probe new physics at an energy scale beyond the LHC center-of-mass energy, the effects at presently accessible energy are parameteri
zed with effective field theories. These effective theories are constrained by the measurements in terms of limits on anomalous gauge couplings.
