Bc is the only meson consist of two different heavy flavoured quarks. With the high centre of mass energy at LHC, an unprecedented large amount of Bc are produced. The seminar will cover a series of studies on Bc production, mass, lifetime and decays, based on the Run I data collected at the LHCb, a spectrometer dedicated to heavy flavour studies. The design and performance of the current detector, as well as its imminent upgrade will also be briefly discussed.
