Description
In this talk, I will introduce our recent work of the LHC searches for the diphoton signals. This channel is known to have sizable interference effects with the corresponding SM background. In the context of the CPV 2HDM, it turns out that a relatively small mass splitting between heavy Higgs bosons is favored to alleviate the atomic EDM bounds. The corresponding diphoton signal calculation will become more complicated comparing to the CP-conserving version. I will present our results for the diphoton search limits at the high-luminosity LHC runs in this context.
