Registration Fee

The workshop fee is 1000 RMB/person for regular registrants, and 800 RMB/person for students, which will cover meals, coffee breaks and internet network. Payment can be done at the registration desk upon arrival. The fee should be paid in Chinese RMB only. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted.

The deadline for the online payment is 9:00AM January 15th, 2018. 

We strongly recommend the online payment method, because it can save time at onsite registration and you will get the invoice when you arrive at the conference.   

Nanjing University will be on Winter Vacation from January 22 to March 4, so the invoice can not be sure issued during the meeting, it might be postponed to the new semester.

If you are unable to pay online, you can also pay the registration fee by cash or credit/debit card onsite.

Note: The payment platform is in Chinese, but we translate it into english in the guidance book, so please follow the guidance book to pay the registration fee on the platform.

 

 

Visa

The Hosting University (Nanjing University) will be responsible for issuing invitation letters for the purpose of visa applications of participants and their family members.

Four hotels with different rooms and prices are available for your selection on a first come first serve basis.

             b.Please check your Accommodation details, if there is any change on your arrival date or if you need cancel the booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

               These hotels will save the room for you until 18:00PM on your arrival date which you regist on the Indico. If you will not check in on time, please inform us as soon as possible, or the room will be canceled.
