3) CDR stats
timescale agreed upon at Steering group meeting on Nov 29:
-Start harmonization of text and introduction chapters now
-Complete draft of each chapter by Jan 2017
-Editing and internal review: Feb-Mar 2017
-International review: May 2018
-Implementation of suggestions: June 2018
-Public release: July 2018

2. Discussion of the Physics contents in CDR
1) Manqi firstly gave a talk to summarize the CEPC_v4 performance and benchmark choice for CDR.
The CEPC_v4 performance is good. For example, comparing with v1, the jet-reco is better optimized. However, it still has problems on electron and photon reconstruction which need two weeks to be fixed.
For the benchmark choice for v4, currently they selected μμH(H->X(Lepton)), μμH(H->tautau(Lepton + tau finding)), qqH(H->tautau(Jets + tau finding)), vvH(H->bb), with signal sample@3T, background @ 3.5T.
Becauce of the time limitation and the lack of manpower, they can not guarantee to generate all the sample @ 3T in one month, so we need to figure out a effective solution. After the discussion, Yuanning suggested firstly finishing the main contents in CDR, except for the plots and tables related to the final results. The editing can move forward without the results coming out. Then concentrate all the manpower to get the new results, making sure all the results are for 3T, 240 GeV. For the background, we don't need to re-generate the sample with 3T, just using extrapolation.
Also it is better to have a editor committee to work together and make sure to notice the steering committee.

2) Zhijun gave a talk for W/Z physics study in CDR
They already have some preliminary study on W/Z study. They plan to cover the prospects of 6-7 key parameters in CDR. The text for CDR is more or less ready to commit.
