Description

Cs2LiYCl6 (CLYC) 闪烁体是具有快、热中子和伽马射线甄别能力的新型探测器,具有替代3He正比计数管和NaI (Tl)闪烁体的潜力。本文针对小型化和分布式应用需求(比如便携式中子-伽马谱仪和成像系统)的CLYC探测器,研制出了PMT一体化的数字读出系统。该系统以“板-板”堆叠的方式集成了高压供电板、电流前放板、数据采集板、以太网供电(PoE, Power of Ethernet)等,实现了单根CAT-5线缆 > 10 W的功率输入和 > 700 Mbps的数据带宽读出。CLYC探测器为富含95%丰度6Li的1’’×1’’闪烁体,数据采集系统的ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter)为500 MSPS/12-Bit。通过电流波形积分的方法得到了好于4.6%@662 keV的能量分辨率,通过脉冲形状甄别(PSD)的方法,得到了品质因子(FoM)优于3.0的整个中子-伽马射线甄别效果。该读出系统也可与其他探测器的PMT连接使用。
