In this meeting, we mainly went through the current version chapter by chapter.

1. Acknowledgment is responsible by Zhaoru. She will provide the first version soon.

2. Author list is decided to be added in detector CDR, so Zhaoru will help to collect the author name from every country and institutes.

3. Chapter 1

  • The text in red should be implemented and extended.
  • The 91 GeV should be coincident in everywhere.

4. Chapter 2

Liantao is working on the flavor physics section, and he will be in IHEP in next week. We can have more discussion and text optimization on that time.

5. Chapter 3

  • section 3.1.1 The CEPC beam  need to be added
  • The red paragraph in section 3.1.2 need to be removed
  • For 3.1.3 Beam polarization, Zhijun is working on that. One paragraph is enough, just describe the requirement and direction and add some reference.
  • For Table 3.2, we’d better to remove the number of forward tracking disks, adding size of solenoid and number of layer of silicon. Some parameters are missing. Manqi will take care of this table and update it.
  • For Fig 3.11,  Manqi will provide a 2D plot of detector geometry.

6. Chapter 4

Joao will add an introduction at the begining of chapter 4.

1) 4.1 vertex chapter looks good now.

  • The label text in Fig4.4 is too small, Ouyang will make it larger.
  • Joao suggested to add outer layers in Fig 4.6. Hongbo said that considering the actual geometry, including the outer layers will zoom out the inner part, making it  difficult to read.

2) 4.2 tracker

  • In Fig 4.9 (a), the difference between blue and red curve is quite large. Meng Wang will check the reason.

3) 4.3 TPC

  • Huirong said they add the new results for section 4.3.2.6 electronic.

7. Chapter 5 Calorimeter

  • Haijun will read through the contents with Jianbei soon.
  • For the DAQ chapter related to calorimeter, Haijun will have a short meeting to discuss it.

8. Chapter 6 Magnet

(I’m not sure about it…) Magnet people found that for the HTS solenoid concept for IDEA detector, the LTS option has less material comparing with HTS, which making the HTS more?? , Feipeng tried to reduce the thickness of HTS, and got new results. They will change the text tonight.

9. Chapter 8 DAQ

Joao suggested Fei to have discussion with Weiwei and calorimeter people to know the details.

10. Chapter 9  MDI

  • Hongbo is waiting for comments
  • Joao asked whether we should add the beam background influence for TPC and calorimeter. Hongbo said there’s no time to do and the influence (hit density) is low for calorimeter. So Joao suggested to  have some argument and explaination for the low influence

11. Chapter 11 Physics

  • Yaquan said that the Table 11.3 need to be updated by Kaili, especially the BR precision.
  • Figure 11.2 Can still use some improvements.
  • Figure 11.8 Yaquan will update the results for LHC.
  • Yaquan will collect the reference of this chapter at the end of this chapter.
