1. About the scheduled tapeout in 2019. The expected tunnel from IPHC seemed to be fully occupied, also there was no extra area in what was reserved for MOST1. Therefore we have to find tunnels by ourselves. Possible way is from TJ's European agency, and there seems no problem for that. So we will keep the same schedule.
2. Continued from our last week's discussion, Xiaomin proposed a new problem for the READ signal: When the READ goes down, the address encoder will be reset, and this will leads to another TDA and thus requires 100ns in total for a single pixel readout. However we were not fully sure about this problem during the meeting because the timing sequence given by Tianya seemed to have no need for reset. We will think further on this issue and give the answer next time.
3. Other remained and need-more-time-to-think questions were:
3.1 the analog reset and the repeatedly readout problem, mentioned in the last meeting.
3.2 Is it necessary to really set 100ns readout time for one pixel
