I will talk about my recent works on precision calculations in particle physics, including four-loop corrections to anomalous magnetic moment of muon, resummation of the power-suppressed leading logarithms in the high energy limit of gauge theory and the story of bottomnium hyper-fine splitting. Instead of the technical details, the physical ideas behind them will be discussed.
