Huirong introduced the Plans of TPC tracker for the CEPC-CDR, including contents of CDR document based on the pre-CDR and LCTPC R&D, work plan, challenges and man power/funding, and current status of R&D. Based on his talk, we discussed the requirement on the value of magnetic field and its uniformity, and the possibility for more options. Discussion also involved the simulation of full-silicon tracker which should give physical performance as soon as possible.
