The Hosting University (Nanjing University) will be responsible for issuing invitation letters for the purpose of visa applications of participants and their family members. If you need an invitation letter, please send the following information to Prof. Ming Qi (qming@nju.edu.cn) and Dr. Chang Wei Loh (lohchangwei@nju.edu.cn) at your earliest convenience. The best time to apply for a Chinese Visa is between two months and fifteen days before your departure.
