中山大学实验中微子物理小型学术研讨会将于2019年11月1日至3日在广州市中山大学南校园召开。11月1日开始安排到会注册，11月2-3日是会议报告时间。
The mini-workshop on experimental neutrino physics will be held at Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), Guangzhou on Nov. 1st – 3rd, 2019. Arrivial registration is on Nov 1st. Conference talks are given on Nov 2nd and 3rd.
本次研讨会旨在讨论国内中微子实验的最新进展及发展方向，促进中微子物理学在实验和理论两方面的学术研究，加强和扩展学术交流与合作，为粒子物理的研究人员和学生提供一个相互了解、建立合作关系的平台。此次研讨会的议题主要围绕：基于中国中微子实验的物理课题分析，并涵盖其他方面的中微子研究。
The principal aim is to provide a forum to discuss the latest progress in current and future neutrino experiments in China and promote collaborations among the experimental & theoretical particle physics colleagues. The emphasis will be on physics analysis and phenomenology of experiments based in China and will also cover other aspects in neutrino physics.
会议注册费收费标准为：教师、博士后、研究人员每人600元人民币，学生每人400元人民币。 研讨会提供会议用品、茶歇、中晚餐及晚宴。参会人员于报到日11月1日起即可以现场刷卡或现金的方式支付。会议通知或证明会于注册时提供，电子发票会及时发送到参会者的注册邮箱。
The registration fee is 600 CNY (for faculty and post doc) and 400 CNY (for student), covering meeting material, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and banquet. The conference fee can be paid at the registration desk upon arrival. Meeting announcement and electrical invoice will be provided.
住宿地点由研讨会筹备组统一安排预定，住宿费参会者自付。因为研讨会会期正值广交会期间，所以酒店房价均会届时涨至约平日价格的2倍，所以建议学生选择两人合住。由于校内酒店房源紧张，请尽快完成线上注册。
The accommodation will be provided by the organizers and paid by the registrants. Graudate students are encouraged to share rooms. As the workshop is held concurrently with the Guangzhou China Import and Export Fair, hotel accomodation fees are almost doubled. Since hotel rooms are quite limited, please make your registration as early as possible.
