Description
EIC in China will primarily probe parton physics in a high-energy
proton or nucleus. However, computing partons on lattice
is a difficult task and may take years to get high precisions.
In this talk, I will consider a number of key factors
which one must control to get reliable calculations, which
include renormalization of linear divergences, taking continuum limit, creating large momentum states, and perturbative matching to higher-orders. Some progress
in these areas will be discussed.
