Costs

The fee for attending the School will be ¥2000.00 RMB per student, and will cover tuition and meals from dinner on 20 August to breakfast on 28 August 2021, as well as refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks. The fee does not include accommodation, nor travel expenses from participants' home institutes to Miyun and back.  It can be paid at the registration desk upon arrival . The fee can paid in Chinese RMB and credit card

Conditions for Participation

The program of the school will be at a level appropriate for PhD students in experimental particle physics and phenomenology (if not too far from particle-physics experiment). The School is open to junior post-docs (typically less than two years after completing their PhD), and also to advanced MSc students provided their prior knowledge is comparable with that of the principal target audience so that they can benefit from the courses offered at the School. The working language of the School will be English. Participants must therefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefit from the School. 

Financial support:

Undergraduate students can apply for financial supprt in registration if they can not afford the costs.

Limited support for undergraduate students will be avaliable.   The recipients will be selected by the members of the Organizing Committee considering the limited budget.

The financial support will cover the registration fee, accommadation (including meals), and travel expenses.

Students are asked to provide a letter of recommendation from their advisor or a leader of their experiment.
