Description
The dark matter (DM) contributes 25 percent of the energy density of the universe, while its particle nature is still unknown. People try their best to search for DM via direct, indirect and collider searches, unfortunately, there is none of positive results so far. In addition to DM, one can also look for dark sector particles which might be the force mediator between DM and the Standard Model particles. Currently, the large hadron collider (LHC) runs at the highest-energy to date and will provide more data in the future, which can contribute to searches for DM and dark sector particles. In this talk, we will discuss how we can learn more about the dark sector at LHC, from ultraviolet complete model to effective models, from dark matter to dark mediators and partners. 报告人简介: 王小平,北京航空航天大学准聘副教授,本科毕业于北京师范大学,博士毕业于北京大学,先后到德国美因茨大学和美国阿贡国家实验室做博士后研究。从事粒子物理理论研究,包括暗物质、中微子以及超出标准模型新粒子相关的粒子物理唯象学研究。 Tencent/VOOV Meeting ID: 507-917-907
