Only participants onsite are required to pay registration fee.
For staff members including Postdoc. , the fee is CNY2000/person.
For students, the fee is CNY1300/person.
Participants onsite can pay the fee while checking-in at the hotel arranged by LOC on 10th Feb. or outside the conference room at Tianfu Cosmic Ray Center from Feb 11th -14th.
There are limited number of registration fee waivers considering it is really hard for several onsite partipants to cover the fee.
Please download the application form https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/17130/material/slides/0.doc . Then please email the filled and signed one to the contact person of the conference to apply for registration fee waiver.
When the LOC approves or dejects the application, the applicant will receive an email to know the result.
