宇宙线反氘是暗物质湮灭的潜在信号之一，其特征是具有很低的天体物理学背景。阿尔法磁谱仪(AMS)是目前唯一运行在太空中的磁谱仪，能够精确分辨宇宙线中的正反粒子，我们将报告使用AMS进行宇宙线反氘测量的最新进展。
