PNCMI 2025 sponsors a prize for the best poster presented during the conference. The purpose of the award is to foster creative poster design, to reward effective poster presentations, and to recognize the importance of poster presentations during the conference. The winners will be announced at the conference, and a prize will be offered.
Eligibility
The poster must be presented during the poster session of the PNCMI 2025;
The first author of the poster should have registered to the PNCMI 2025 in advance.
Criteria
- Background provides appropriate perspective or context for the subject
- Objectives and research questions are clearly stated
- Research design/methods/modeling is appropriate and transparent
- Data sources and/or sampling procedures are clear and appropriate
- Abstract is presented in an unbiased manner
- Clarity of presentation
Procedure
Posters will be considered by a panel of three judges appointed by the executive committee of PNCMI 2025. Judges will be selected before the conference and be assigned presentations according to their field of interest. The committee Chair(s) will determine the recipients of the awards according to the judges scores.
