Only participants onsite are required to pay registration fee. The registration fee will be collected for covering the shuttle bus between hotel and conference site, every lunch and a reception banquet.
For staff members including Postdoc. , the fee is CNY1500/person.
For students, the fee is CNY1000/person.
Participants can pay the fee by scanning the QR code as follows right now. Please remember to remark full name & Institution while you pay the fee this way. 如扫码支付请务必备注：中文姓名+单位。
Or participants can pay registration fee by credit card while checking-in at the hotel lobby on Oct 24th or outside the conference room at Tianfu Cosmic Ray Center from Oct 25th -27th.
There are limited number of registration fee waivers considering it is really hard for several onsite partipants to cover the fee.
Please download the application form at the bottom of the ovreview page . Then please email the filled and signed one to the contact person of the conference to apply for registration fee waiver.
When the LOC approves or dejects the application, the applicant will receive an email to know the result.
