2025 CSNS NOPTREX workshop

In 2023, the NOPTREX collaboration successfully held its inaugural workshop in China. A series of NOPTREX experiments have since commenced at the Back-n white neutron experimental facility. Following over a year of preparation, China's first nuclear parity violation experiment is scheduled for January 2025. Concurrently, the second NOPTREX China Group workshop is set to take place on January 4, 2025, at the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) campus in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. Experts from across China, as well as members of the NOPTREX collaboration from around the world, are invited to participate. The workshop will include visits to the CSNS, the ongoing Back-n experiments, and the Jiangmen Neutrino Experiment facility. An online meeting option will also be provided to accommodate collaborators unable to attend in person. Anticipation is high for the gathering at CSNS.
