Registration Fee
For staff members , the fee is $300/person.
For postdocs and students, reduced registration fee is $250/person (the organizers are subsidizing the reduction for postdocs and students).
The registration fee will include transportation from and to the Phuket International Airport.
Accommodation Cost
Hotel Room Cost: $80 per room per night ($40 per peson per night if two conference participants share a room)

Note: if participants cancel their booking or postpone the check-in date after Nov 26th 2024, they may be asked for the cancellation fees. Arriving earlier than 11 Feb or departing later than 17 Feb 2025,the participants will have to book their own hotels or contact LOC (lhaaso.phuket2025@gmail.com) as soon as they can. If they want to stay at the hotel Laya Resort, LOC will try to arrange with the hotel for them, though it is very likely that the price will be higher than the conference rate.
The hotel is booked by LOC for conference participants. The Faculty of Science, Mahidol University has paid a down payment for the hotel rooms. It will pay the rest of hotel room cost after collecting the transfer of the registration and hotel fees by international bank transfer from participants.
