1st announcement,
The international workshop “Holographic applications: from Quantum Realms to the Big Bang” (https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/24476/) will be held on July 11-19, 2025 (July 11 arrival, July 19 departure) at Yanqi lake campus, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing. The workshop is supported by NSFC, UCAS and KITS.
There will be two-day (July 12-13) lectures for students and a five-day (July 14-18) workshop focusing on the latest advancements in holographic duality and its applications in condensed matter, QCD (hadron physics and heavy ion collisions), quantum information, cosmology, and related fields.
The registration fee is 2000 RMB for professors and postdoctors, and 1500 RMB for students, which can be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival.
