- Joao: But as you said, also information are meaningful for the average that the overall data rate that we need to ship out, the maximum that we need to deal with.
Chapter 2:
- Jianchun: some of the mechanical information maybe should put that the early stage, but we do have one capital chapter two as a general explanation. All the chapter leaders to provide information that you think it's necessary to add to the overall description of place so you can provide then we discuss what information is necessary. But the first day you come up with a plan before we set up on it.
Silicon:

- Jianchun: I guess not too much news, but I also want people to put more effort to test all those chips
- Jianchun/Joao: for IDRC review report, provide answer to each question. April will have another IDRC review. Daniela want a version by March.
- Jianchun: So the on the CPC day give a finalized design for the TDR.
Electronics:
- tapeout in April, tendering procedure need to ask
- Xinchou: write email to Gang Chen with detailed explanation, cc all the leaders
Mechanics:
- Jianchun: for the each chapter, we encourage you do domestic review at proper time. So we support Quan’s suggestion.
- Quan: Because I think everyone already understand the overall design, we should organize discussions on the mechanical sections of each subdetector. We need to invite relevant mechanics and electronics people to carefully examine whether the mechanical parts of the detectors meet our requirements.
- Miao: agree. I will help to organize these discussions.

Tianchi: Editorial board should provide an evaluation for each chapter. What level has been reached now.
