The 13th HuaDa QCD School will be held in Central China Normal University (CCNU), Wuhan, China, Aug 25 -- Aug 29, 2025 (Aug 24 for registration). The scientific topic for this year is ``QCD out of equilibirum'', and we are happy to have invited the following lecturers covering three exciting topics:
- Dr. Xiaojian Du (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE), ``First-principle QCD kinetic theory and thermalization''
- Dr. Shuzhe Shi (Tsinghua University), ``Quantum computing and thermalization''
- Dr. Yi Yin (CUHK-Shenzhen), ``Non-equilibrium EFT: fluctuating hydrodynamics and beyond''
The Huada QCD Schools are lecture series, now sponsored by the Central China Center for Nuclear Theory (C3NT) as a part of its annual program, held at the Institute of Particle Physics (IOPP) at CCNU. They aim to provide pedagogical lectures on the physics of strong interactions to graduate students, postdocs, and young researchers. Please note that:
- There is no registration fee for attending the school, and meals will be provided by the organizers (dining cards). The participants are responsible for the expenses of their travel and accommodation.
- The accommodation can be booked through the Summer School or you can arrange your own accommodation. Simply fill the form and indicate your accommodation type and preferred roommates. (If you book hotel through Summer School, we encourage all students to share room with a roommate).
- The total number of participants is limited up to 60. So please register as soon as possible if you are interested.
- For students, we kindly ask you to arrange a recommendation letter from your supervisor and send to weiyaoke@ccnu.edu.cn before the application deadline.
- It is recommended that the participants have basic training in one of following fields: particle physics, nuclear physics, relativistic heavy-ion collisions.
Feel free to share the Summer School poster to anyone who might be interested in participating!
